In this position, we manage all the players (designers, consultants, contractors and safety coordinators) and carefully prepare the decisions to be taken by our client. The project manager is the client’s representative, guiding and advising him on the financial, technical and process aspects of the project.

The project manager will help to define the specific needs and the ambitions in terms of circularity, sustainability and space occupation.
We secure the development and realization of the projects by controlling risks, costs, deadlines, and quality.
The constant search for architectural quality, the best energy performance and sustainability while respecting deadlines and budgets characterize this activity.
In this role, we are the guardian of quality, planning, construction costs, carbon emissions and the integration of sustainable and other qualitative measures like reaching green label like Breeam or Well certification.

Determining the objectives of the project with regard to program of requirements, timing and budget.

Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the different building permits

Organizing the process of coordination, consultation, during the design and execution phase of the project between the client, the designers, the advisors, the contractors and suppliers.
